1.Why does the ITB-stick or ITB-pen can’t work stable ?
Please first check and change the battery.
Note that the battery is AAA type battery.
2.After connecting IT-Board to PC and installed the driver, why is it still not working?
Please check situations below:
- Wrong fitting of the battery
Are the polarity signs aligned?
- Out of battery
Please change to new batteries
- Main USB slot
When there is more than one USB port, lower feeding port will not feed enough power for data transmission when using IT-Board. It is best to connect IT-Board in the main USB port.
3.Can we write directly write on the IT-Board?
Yes, regular whiteboard markers can be used to write on the IT-Board. To clean, simply use a normal wet cloth.
4.Will IT-Board still work when mobile phone or other wireless devices come close by ?
No, it won’t be affected by mobile phone or other wireless devices. There is electromagnetic eliminating protection in IT-Board. This protection can eliminate most electromagnetic waves from mobile phone, and other wireless devices.
5.After installing IT-Board driver, mouse won’t work, the PC freezes and the cursor fixed at the corner. Why?

6.Does IT-Board need power?
IT-Board requires very low power. Only an USB cable would be enough. There is no need for a power adaptor.
7.If IT-Board is damaged by sharp tools, will it still work?
IT-Board structure is very strong. Even if being damaged by sharp tools, IT-Board is still fine and able to operate as usual. Sensor board is being protected behind the surface board and thus is still fine and workable.
8.If surface of IT-Board become rough or uneven, will it still work?
Yes, IT-Board can work even on rough or uneven surface. Sensor board is being protected behind the surface board and thus is still fine and workable.
9.Can IT-Board support special applications like Calligraphy brush?
Yes, IT-Board not only support the fastest handwriting on the board but also Calligraphy brush application for pressure sensitive writing.
10.Do I need to restart PC if the USB cable was re-plugged?
No, there is no need to restart IT-Board is a plug and play hardware after driver installed. User can connect or disconnect as wish, driver will auto detect and switch mode.
11.Forgot to run IT-Board driver?
The driver is the connecting bridge between computer and IT-Board. Please check the connectivity with the following steps:
Start → All Program → IT-Board Device → run IT_Board
- If connecting : IT-Board found on USB dialogue box will show
- If not connecting : IT-Board not found dialogue box will show
